  My Thoughts on the BSIT Course and Its Importance in Today’s Digital World When I decided to take the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) program, I honestly felt very scared and unsure . Back in senior high school, I was a HUMSS (Humanities and Social Sciences) student, so moving to IT felt like a big challenge for me. I didn’t know much about computers, except for using social media. Most of my classmates from the ICT strand already knew the basics of coding and other computer skills, which made me feel nervous at first. But even though I was afraid, I chose BSIT because I wanted to try something new and challenging . I know that technology is a big part of our lives today, and I want to be part of that world.
